ORTHOPHOS XG 3D

 

With a perfectly designed 3D cylinder volume of 8 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height and a standard resolution of 160 µm, ORTHOPHOS XG 3D is precisely tailored to the everyday routines of private practices: it can capture the patient's whole jaw in a single span. The field of view is large enough to avoid the stitching of several 3D x-ray images and thus multiple exposure to radiation. Yet it is also small enough to be a time-saver in diagnosis.

If an even smaller volume is sufficient, then choose the 5 x 5.5cm VOL 2 with a resolution of 100 µm. Whenever you need to see more, the 3D module provides for greater safety. In all standard cases, the 2D module of ORTHOPHOS XG 3D, with extensive panoramic and cephalometric x-ray programs, delivers the x-ray image you need.

FUJI DRYPIX SMART PRINTER

DRYPIX Smart boasts a world-class high throughput speed of 80 sheets?per hour with 14" × 17" film. It will help reduce the patient's waiting time and greatly increase the efficiency of examination workflow.

The DRYPIX Smart accommodates multiple film sizes. It is equipped with two universal film trays which enable printing on two different film sizes at the same time.

 

The high quality DI-HL and DI-ML films contribute to producing clear images on the DRYPIX Smart. These films have a neutral colour tone that produce images comparable to those made by wet processing.

Q. What is CBCT and how is it different from CT?

A. It is recent development in dental radiology that provides 3Dimensional, high definition and 1:1 images of maxillofacial skeleton. CBCT uses a single rotation for exposure, whereas CT uses multiple rotations. As a result, radiation dose in very less in CBCT as compared to CT.

 

Q.What are its advantages over CT?

A. Lower radiation dose than medical CT, Image accuracy due to isotropic voxel, Images available almost immediately on screen, Images can be imported into other software, Decreased scanning time, reduced metallic artefacts and X-ray beam limitation to region of interest.

 

Q.What are its advantages over 2D?

A.Images are without any distortion and magnification. There is no superimposition of overlying or adjacent tissues. Accurate relationship between 2 structures can be determined.

 

Q.How do I receive the report?

A. You can receive your report in a CD or printed paper.

 

Q.Can I use the images with third party software?

A.Yes, you can. We can provide you images in different formats in which they are compatible with other third party software.

 

Q.How do I use your software?

A. Our software is one of the simplest CBCT software to use. We would personally visit your clinic and demonstrate how to use it in case of any difficulties.
